The followings are hotels close to the conference venue. There is one in the walking distance to the venue, and some in one or two train stations ride from Akihabara station. Most of the hotels are the Internet-ready , but you should bring your own Ethernet cable.

Main Conference
Main conference will be held in the Akihabara convention hall located at the 2nd floor of Akihabara Daibiru Building.

The workshops will be held in 10th Floor, Building #7, Kanda Compus, Tokyo Denki University, which is close to the Akihabara city.
